Our FX Academy
At Universal Partners we are not only proud to have grown year-on-year since incorporation, we are also proud to be an organisation that gives young, driven people the opportunity to learn and grow in the finance industry.
Our FX Academy removes the barriers to entry for those seeking the first step on the ladder in their careers, giving them access to valuable training and mentoring that exposes them to all of the key skills and knowledge required to be successful at a fast-growing company that last year recorded over £1.3bn in FX turnover.
Those who join the scheme will work alongside some of the industry’s best analysts, account managers and dealers to further their knowledge of the industry and what it takes to work in FX. The programme comes with a paid salary with a very attractive future earning potential on offer for those who progress through the ranks to senior management roles.
Entrants begin the programme with an extensive training schedule and a starting salary of £21,000. With access to an experienced mentor and all the necessary resources to learn, the objective is to immediately begin contributing to the success of the business.
After initial training phase is complete, if KPIs and other metrics are being achieved consistently the salary is increased to £24,000 at the half-way stage of the programme.
Upon graduation, the salary is increased again to £27,000 plus bonuses with a promotion to the next role available for those excelling and achieving the agreed targets.
Issued with individual targets for revenue and new business, unlimited earning potential is unlocked. Previous graduates can progress to management roles and typically achieve annual earnings in excess of £100,000 within 12-18 months.
