Universal Partners has adopted the following policies to safeguard your personal information. In accordance with the relevant pieces of legislation (including GDPR), we do our best to limit the collection and use of personal information to what is necessary for the running of our business.

If you contact us via this website, we will collect the following information:

- Any other information you supply in the body of your message (optional)
You will only be required to submit this information if you use our online contact form or partnership form. In addition to the above, we use Google Analytics to monitor our website traffic and user engagement. This tool only collects aggregated data, and does not record personal information about individual users.
How we use your information
Personal information submitted via one of our online enquiry forms will only be used to respond to your enquiry.
The anonymous information we collect using Google Analytics is used to measure and improve the performance of our website.
All personal information is held securely. We do not rent, sell, or transmit personal information to other organisations.
How long we keep your information (data retention)
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to meet our legal, regulatory and reporting obligations.
- For services provided by Universal Partners FX Ltd (FCA FRN 820037), under our own regulatory permissions, we apply retention periods set by applicable law and regulation and our internal retention schedule.
- For services ultimately provided by our partner, Currencycloud (FCA FRN 900199), we retain personal data for 5 years in line with Currencycloud’s regulatory requirements. When a retention period expires, we will securely delete any data that we are not required to hold for legal or regulatory purpose.
Deletion at termination
Universal Partners shall, at the choice of the Client, delete or return all Client Personal Information upon termination of the Agreement and delete existing copies, unless continued storage is required by applicable law or regulation.
