Department Overview
The marketing team are responsible for ensuring that our brand is strong, consistent and contributing to revenue generation and other objectives of the business. This can be achieved through three core areas; Lead Nurturing & Sales Support: Creating and delivering content ideas and campaign initiatives that are designed to help our existing leads become clients quicker. This can be done through email campaigns, events and design of sales sales materials Brand Awareness: Promoting our brand to wider audiences which creates a new inbound stream of leads. Social media platforms partnerships and events are the key areas which can facilitate this Internal Marketing: Promoting strong internal messaging and initiatives to improve staff loyalty, morale and feeling of a common goal across the business. Staff intranet and an involvement in the new employee onboarding process are both important aspects of this. |
Job Overview
We are looking for an eager and motivated Marketing Executive to join the team to focus on ensuring that key projects can be delivered on time and to a high standard, marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, the staff intranet and the company website are maintained and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
– Ensure that the SharePoint intranet is up-to-date and that new content is being posted regularly and correctly |
– Develop new tools and resources that can be available across the company, helping with training, learning or collaboration |
– Maintain the company website, updating content where necessary and adding new pages periodically |
– Help create company sales materials to support the sales team, including brochures and email templates |
– Support the Content Manager in creating and delivering content through social media platforms, email and website |
– Support on all marketing projects in an administrative capacity |
– Monthly reporting on marketing activity |
Skills & Experience
– 18 months in a similar Marketing role |
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills |
– Finance experience and knowledge is desirable |
– Experience of Salesforce is desirable |
– Experience or familiarity working with WordPress websites is required |
– Strong skills on PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint (including Power Automate) would be very advantageous |
– The ability to work unsupervised. |
