This prestigious global award honours visionary leaders who prioritise their people, champion workplace culture and foster leadership development. Coming off the back of being awarded ‘The Sunday Times Best Places to Work’ earlier this year, this incredible recognition reflects the purpose-driven culture that has been built at Universal Partners.
On accepting the award, Oliver commented:
